Payment

Payment is at the time of the visit. We only accept checks and cash.

Acupuncture, Yoga, Alexander Technique, Qi Gong, herbal formulas and essential oil blends are charged separately.

You will be charged for visits cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.

If your policy covers acupuncture:

Angela and Zinnia are preferred providers for Carefirst; Zinnia is a preferred provider for Cigna.

Although not preferred providers, we accept direct payment from Aetna.

For all other insurance policies, as a convenience to you, we will file your claim electronically and you will be paid by the insurance company.

Medicare Patients

If you have a secondary policy and if that policy covers acupuncture, we will file the claim with your insurance company. They will pay for acupuncture if it is a covered service.
